We are pleased to announce that we have signed up for the CertificatesNow program.
This program allows us to provide a greater service to our clients. We will be able to keep a complete database of certificates issued up to 10 years. It will speed up the certificate issuance process and increase accuracy. Templates are set up based on the client's individual policy information, all forms and processing are handled at the ConfirmNet site. ConfirmNet's main and only focus it to process and distribute these certificates as requested; which means faster service and receipt.

We feel that this program gives us an edge over our competitors as it allows us to give authorization for insureds to log into the certificate system and issue, track, or check any certificates issued on their behalf 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are currently in the set up stage of this program and have not inputted all of our clients. Upon our clients request we will be able to provide them with a log on ID and password and they can either self serve their certificates or have access to the certificates which we have issued. This will assist our clients in speeding receipt of payment owed to them, access to job sites and other various tasks that may be slowed due to non-receipt of a certificate by a vendor.
